Dryer Vent Wizard tech did a 10-point visual inspection and made several recommendations regarding equipment replacement and cleaning. He performed exterior cleaning.
The team arrived right on time (amazing with VA traffic) and the tech got right to work. He explained the service completely. His recommendation were found but estimate in our budget and I got ZERO pressure to but the recommended equipment. He did give me a safety warning though regarding my decision.
